The Grove at White Rock will soon be called "The Zeke."
S2 Capital purchased The Grove in the 10400 block of Lone Tree Lane and plan to spend about $5 million in renovations. Upon completion, the 282-unit complex will be renamed after Cowboys rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott.
The Cowboys picked Elliott — proclaimed the "future rookie of the year" by S2 — fourth overall in the 2016 NFL Draft out of Ohio State.
