Crawford Wants a Compliment From Andrew Luck

Tyrone Crawford has three sacks in the Cowboys' last three games

A couple days ago, a report emerged in the Wall Street Journal detailing Colts’ quarterback Andrew Luck’s penchant for sincerely complimenting defenders who lay a big hit on him.

After being told of this peculiar habit, Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford wants to be complimented on Sunday when he and the Cowboys face off with Luck and the Colts at AT&T Stadium.

I want to get that compliment if he does it on sacks and stuff,” Crawford told 105.3-FM The Fan on Tuesday, via the Dallas Morning News. “Maybe I can play around with his mind. I’ll say, ‘Thanks man. Maybe we can do it again sometime soon.’ I like being nice. I’m not a mean guy. We’re all trying to be polite.”

Crawford does have three sacks in his last three games--his only three on the season--including two in the Cowboys’ 38-27 victory over the Eagles on Sunday night.
