Cowboys O-Line Fine with High Expectations

The Cowboys' offensive line has earned a reputation as one of the best in the league in recent years

The men that make up the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive line are well aware the expectations for them as a group are sky high, and they’re fine with that, because, they say, those expectations can’t possibly be higher than the expectations they have for themselves.

"For us, there's no pressure because everything that we do has to live up to our standard in our room,” center Travis Frederick told the team’s official website. “So, everything that we do is geared to making sure that we're the best individually that we possibly can be and then collectively as a group the best that we can be."

The major difference between last year and this year is that last year, the Cowboys were preparing to open OTAs with Darren McFadden and Joseph Randle shouldering the running back duties. Now Ezekiel Elliott is in town, and figures to give the Cowboys a shot at having the sort of dominant running game they had in 2014—the season that really earned the line the reputation they have now.
