Cowboys Football & Lingerie, Together At Last

In a move that combines what many men consider to be the height of their existence, Victoria’s Secret has announced the release of NFL-themed apparel, including lingerie, to coincide with the 2010 football season, per the Atlanta Business Journal. The line, which boasts items ranging from T-shirts to hoodies to (more importantly) the aforementioned lingerie, features the logos of 13 NFL teams, including your Dallas Cowboys.

Indeed, this is great idea.

Like the invention of the turducken, or the Coors Light “Twins” advertising campaign, it is just another piece of proof that if something is awesome, two or more awesome things put together is really, really awesome. It’s just simple math really, and what’s more awesome than football and scantily clad women?

(If you answered monster trucks, partial credit.)

But, we humbly ask, why stop there, Victoria’s Secret? Attach a beer holster to those panties; make that bra capable of dispensing nacho cheese; use technology to give that negligee the scent of ribs.

What we’re saying Victoria’s Secret, is let’s go all out on this thing.

The line is now on sale at Victoria’s Secret’s website, and will make its way to stores on Aug. 10.
