Because a year from now the Cowboys will be moved into their new facility in Frisco, dubbed The Star. Part of the 2016 training camp will be held at the new facility, making this summer the Cowboys’ last to train out of Texas.
The Star will feature two outdoor practice fields and a 12,000-seat indoor stadium with enough parking to accommodate open practices.
So if you’re ready for some football, wait two months for training camp and only 14 months for training camp right here in the Metroplex.
