Red River Rivalry Set for Afternoon Game

An afternoon start time has been set for the annual Red River Rivalry game between Oklahoma and Texas.

The Sooners announced Monday that the Oct. 2 game will be played at 2:30 p.m. at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.

The game had been played in the morning each of the past two years.

Texas has won four of the last five meetings after snapping a five-game losing streak in the series.
