The Dallas Mavericks' big German is putting his stamp on a big German burger now available at the American Airlines Center.
Dirk Nowitzki and AAC Executive Chef Mark Mabry have collaborated to create the Dirkburger, which will be sold in concessions stands throughout March.
It's a ⅓-pound hamburger on Bavarian pretzel bun topped with jalapeno beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade, arugula and mustard horseradish aioli.
The burger will be served with french fries and cost $12.
