DeCamillis on the Field at Cowboys OTAs

The Dallas Cowboys started OTAs (Organized Team Activities) Tuesday and injured special teams coach Joe DeCamillis was back on the field.

DeCamillis, 43, suffered a broken vertebrae in his neck when the team's practice facility collapsed May 2 during a downburst.

Less than a month after the injury, DeCamillis was back on the field Tuesday carrying coaching notes and wearing a neck brace while walking among the players as they warmed up.

He was released from the hospital May 10, just eight days after getting hurt.  DeCamillis was one of 11 people injured when the tentlike structure collapsed in a heavy storm.

Since the collapse of their practice facility earlier this month, the Cowboys have been practicing at Standridge Stadium in Carrollton.
