Charity is Suite For ‘Boys Fans

A charity raffle will give fans an opportunity to score a suite for the 2009 Cowboys season

Want an 18-person Silver Suite at the new Cowboys Stadium for the 2009 football season?

Of course you do.

But they’re so expensive, right?

Well, they don’t have to be, necessarily. The St. Jude’s Dream Giveaway will give fans an opportunity to win the suite in a raffle, with 5,000 tickets being sold for just $250 a pop.

The raffle’s grand prize is the suite, complete with 18 tickets and four VIP parking passes each game, along with a $1,000-a-game football and non-alcoholic beverage certificate and a $66,000 Visa credit card.

The suite was donated by the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Charities.

Other prizes being raffled include a 14-person suite behind home plate for a 2010 Rangers game; a 25-person suite at Lonestar Park in Grand Prairie during the 2010 season, complete with free food, beverages and parking; and an 18-person suite at a Stars game during the upcoming season.

The winners will be drawn at the Evening Under the Star party on the field at Cowboys Stadium.

All proceeds will go to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, making a ticket money well spent regardless of the outcome.

Again, the drawing will be held at Cowboys Stadium on Saturday Oct. 17; presence at the party is not required to win, and tickets may be purchased here.
