Mitt Romney leads the pack, while another Texan, Congressman Ron Paul, stands close behind Romney.
Rick Santorum is in third place, while Perry is fourth.
Perry's campaign released an online ad to motivate his supporters ahead of the Jan. 3 Iowa caucuses.
The video, titled "Win Iowa", is one of Perry's last pitch to undecided Iowans.
While Paul will spend the New Year's holiday in Texas, Perry plans to spend the last few days at several meet and greets in Iowa.
