Vice President Joe Biden is coming to Dallas to raise money for the Democratic National Convention and President Barack Obama's re-election.
A Democratic spokesperson said the luncheon will cost the guests a minimum of $5,000 per plate. At least 40 people are expected to show up at the host's home.
Expect to see Secret Service and black car caravans in the Bluff View/Devonshire area of Dallas.
