A family of four was dragged 16 miles along a snowy Michigan interstate under a tractor-trailor after their minivan rear-ended the truck and got stuck, sheriff's officials said Thursday. The van's driver, Matt Menz, was on his way home from the Flint airport with his wife and their two adult children when his vehicle slid into the truck shortly after midnight. Menz called 911, and deputies were able to stop the semi and detach the vehicle. The family suffered only minor injuries.
