A judge is set to hear how Michael Jackson's three children are faring three months after the pop superstar's death.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled a hearing for Friday afternoon on how the children are reacting to a court guardianship. Jackson's children, who range in age from 7 to 12, are in the care of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson.
Michael Jackson chose his mother in his 2002 will to care for his children, and a court has given her permanent guardianship over the youngsters.
The singer's estate is paying a $60,000 per month stipend to care for and protect them. The money goes to pay for staff, entertainment and other expenses.
