Pennsylvania Teen Killer Takes Selfie With Victim: Police

Authorities allege that a western Pennsylvania teenager charged in the shooting death of another teen took a photo of himself with the victim and sent it to a friend.

The 16-year-old youth is charged in Westmoreland County with homicide and a firearms count in the death of 16-year-old Ryan Mangan, who was found Wednesday evening in his Jeannette home.

The coroner's office is withholding details such as the location of the wound and the caliber of the weapon.

Authorities said in a criminal complaint that the mother of another youth said her son received a photo showing the suspect with the victim after he had been shot, and also received text messages from the suspect saying "Told you I cleaned up the shells" and "Ryan was not the last one."
