Apparently some anglers are mishandling fish and breaking their jaws.
The Texas Parks and Wildlife has sent out posters reminding fishermen and women to never hold a fish by its jaw since it will almost always break.

The poster suggests using two wet hands to "get a grip on tail and lip" because it's better for the health of the fish.
