Woman Found Dead in Haltom City Home, Police Charge Twin Brother for Murder

Police are looking for a man who, they say, killed his twin sister in her Haltom City home.

Officers were called to a house on MacNeill Drive at about 6:30 a.m. to check on 58-year-old Dena Conditt Wright who hadn't been heard from in a couple of days.

They found her inside the home. Her cause of death hasn't been released.

Haltom City detectives obtained an arrest warrant for David Burnell Conditt for the charge of murder with a $500,000 bond.

Police believe Conditt killed his twin sister and fled the scene. He is described as a 58-year-old white man, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighing 240 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes.

Officers say Conditt may be driving his sister's SUV, a red 2015 Toyota RAV4, with a Texas license plate GMJ2896.
