A woman is dead after being shot near a home in Dallas late Tuesday night. [[414459233,C]]
Dallas police were called to a home in the 3900 block of Balch Drive at about 11:50 p.m. and found the woman lying in the street with an apparent gunshot wound.
The woman was transported to a hospital where she later died.
No further details have been released.
