A teenage girl filmed attacking another girl who was holding a toddler has been arrested, police said.
Police announced on social media that the 13-year-old girl was arrested for the assault Sunday. The family was cooperating with investigators to hand over the girl, who was away on vacation when the warrant was issued, police said.
The attack occurred June 19 at the Herfurth Elementary School in Rowlett. A graphic video published online showed a girl sitting on a bench holding a toddler. The suspected attacker is seen yelling at the girl before the physical altercation began.

At one point, the toddler is seen being thrown from the girl's arms.
Police said the teens involved have all been identified, but their names were withheld due to their ages. Investigators have worked with the Dallas County District Attorney's office to see if criminal charges could be filed against others involved in the attack.
