Two Dallas investors have teamed up to buy a high-profile luxury hotel in downtown Dallas.
HN Capital Partners and Dunhill Partners have acquired the W Dallas Victory Hotel. The 252-room luxury hotel opened in 2006 as one of the anchors of the Victory Park mixed-use development on downtown’s northwest edge.
The 12-floor hotel has restaurant space, a spa and fitness center and event space at the top of the building.
