Northbound U.S. 75 Reopens Near Interstate 635 After Suicide

Northbound lanes of highway were closed Thursday at 5:45 a.m.

Northbound lanes of U.S. 75 have reopened at the High Five interchange in Dallas after police investigated a suicide Thursday.[[418479563,C]]

Dallas police said they shut down all northbound lanes of U.S. 75 at Interstate 635 at about 5:45 a.m.

The police department tweeted just before 4 p.m. that all lanes in the High Five were back open.

Traffic data on Google Maps indicated a backup of the northbound lanes to Northwest Highway, or about four miles, Thursday afternoon.
