A U-Haul employee has died after an accident at a Dallas facility Wednesday, the Dallas County medical examiner's office says.
The employee was directing a customer who was operating a vehicle to back up near a building so a trailer hitch could be attached. The customer accidentally accelerated, pinning the employee between the truck and the building.
The employee died instantly, authorities said.
The death is being classified an accident, and additional information has not been released, including the employee's name.
