Police asked for the public's help finding two men who robbed and fatally shot a man at a Dallas apartment complex early Tuesday morning.
Dallas police said the man — later identified as Oziel Garcia — was killed during the robbery at 3300 block of Webb Chapel Extension at about 12:50 a.m.
The two men then took Garcia's property and his red 2008 Chevrolet Silverado with Texas license plate GJD-4577, according to authorities.
