Dallas police are trying to figure out why two men were found shot to death inside of a car late Wednesday night.
Officers were called to the 1800 block of Abshire Lane just before midnight Thursday where they found two men in their 20's inside of a maroon-colored 4-door Nissan vehicle.
Police said both victims had been shot multiple times.
The Dallas County medical examiner's office identified the victims as 28-year-old Denzel Pickens and 28-year-old Gregory Smith.
Investigators towed the vehicle away from scene around 5 a.m. Thursday.
The investigation into the deaths is ongoing.
