The push to complete the Trinity River toll road may be hitting a speed bump or two.
The Dallas Morning News reports the aggressive schedule to finish the road is in doubt.
In fact, during a Dallas City Council briefing on Tuesday, an engineer apparently told the project committee the agency is "hanging on by our fingernails," when it comes to meeting the goals which have been laid out, the paper reports.
There are some complications which appear to be holding the project up including coordination between several agencies particularly the North Texas Tollway Authority and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
