Tony Romo Says It's a ‘Coin Flip' if Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott Will Be on the Field in Week 1

The regular season is getting closer, and Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott remains a no show for training camp.

With Elliott's holdout closing in on three weeks and the Cowboys a few days away from their second preseason game, former Dallas quarterback Tony Romo was recently asked by CBS Sports' Jamey Eisenberg if the back will be on the field for Week 1's game against the New York Giants on Sept. 8.

"I don't know about that," Romo said. "That's a coin flip, but I do think he'll be back at some point. But Week 1? It'll be close."
