The new toll plazas at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport on Monday ran into another glitch.
The airport said its computer system had trouble reading TollTags on Monday morning. Some attendants had to manually put the numbers into the system and even lift up the gates themselves.
The issue happened on and off throughout the day.

"It wasn't affecting every TollTag," DFW Airport spokeswoman Cynthia Vega said. "We believe we have system back up and running, but right now we are still experiencing the intermittent inability for the system to read your TollTag."
Richard Saucedo said he waited in a long line on the north-side exit at about 1:30 p.m.
"It's not as efficient as it's supposed to be," he said. "Today, they were a little slower. The gates were just opening up really slow."
"Cars were lined up. People were honking because it was taking too long," he said.
Vega said the problem is being addressed.
"It's one of those things [in which] we were all hands on. ... Our IT guys were out there working full tilt," she said.
It's not the first technical problem with the parking toll plazas, which opened in early September. Potentially thousands of drivers were overcharged last month because of technical problems with the TollTag readers.
The airport said it worked with customers who were overcharged to make sure they received refunds. Anyone who believes they were overcharged in September is asked to call DFW Airport customer relations at 972-973-4840.
