Police say a West Texas toddler has died after accidentally being left in a hot car during triple-digit temperatures.
Pecos police on Wednesday identified the victim as 17-month-old Avrian Villalobos.
Police Chief Clay McKinney said the mother had the toddler and two older children with her Tuesday when she dropped her husband off at work, then drove home. She and her two other children went into the residence.
