UT-Dallas Grad Charged With Cyberstalking

Nicholas Rotundo is accused of obtaining inappropriate videos and photos of four students.

A recent UT-Dallas graduate has been charged with cyberstalking and intrusion after police say he obtained inappropriate photos and videos of four current and former students.

Nicholas Rotundo, who graduated last year, made his initial appearance in federal court Tuesday, university police say. Information on a lawyer for him was not immediately available.

He was charged after a joint investigation by university police, federal prosecutors and the FBI, police said.

Police believe the number of victims is limited but wants anyone else who thinks they might be one to contact them at 972-883-2222. Free, confidential counseling is available to affected students.
