Court documents show Texas parents accused of killing their 2-year-old this month blame "demons" and "evil."
Affidavits allege 24-year-old Stevie Williams and 20-year-old Dazrine Chagoya-Williams told police that something "other worldly" happened July 4 to their toddler, who was found dead with bruises in their Kyle home.
The Austin American-Statesman reports that the couple has been charged with capital murder of a person under 10. Court documents show they also face charges of injury to a child with serious bodily injury after their 8-month-old daughter was found with several injuries.

Records show the parents were being held in the Hays County Jail on Tuesday, with bail set at $250,000 each.
