One man is being detained Friday after he threatened protesters in McAllen with a chainsaw.
In cellphone video, the man can be seen telling the group repeatedly to go home. He also hollered racially charged comments.
When the protesters did not move, he used the chainsaw to force them away, according to The Monitor.
No one was hurt in the incident, police said.
