A North Texas school district is investigating after about two dozen elementary students were told to pull down their pants after feces was found on a gym floor.
A parent said the children in Gustine were forced to show their underwear in an attempt for officials to determine where the feces came from.
It is not clear if the search led officials to the source of the feces.
Either way, Superintendent Ken Baugh said he does not condone the search and that partially strip-searching students went too far.
