Colleyville's Patrick Thomas spent four seasons performing at Six Flags Over Texas, tonight you'll see him wow the judges on NBC's new show The Voice.

Thomas, who attended Colleyville Heritage High School, is the cowboy seen crooning for the judges singing Tim McGraw's hit "Live Like You Were Dying" and picking Blake Shelton to be his mentor in the preview for The Voice.

"He is a very driven and ambitious young man," said Six Flags Over Texas Entertainment Manager Bruce Mather said in a news release. "Once every four to five years we have performers come through and you can immediately tell their talents will go well beyond working at Six Flags.  Patrick is one of those people.  He has a terrific look and voice."

Thomas is in good company when it comes to Six Flags alums. American Idol Season winner Kelly Clarkson, American Idol Top 25 finalist Todrick Hall and So You Think You Can Dance winner Joshua Allen all performed for Six Flags audiences.
