The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is investigating an apparent murder-suicide and the stabbing of a teenager.
A sheriff's office spokesman says it received a family disturbance call on Wednesday night in northeast Bexar County. He says deputies discovered two people, believed to be husband and wife, dead with gunshot wounds.
Authorities think the two had gotten into an argument prior to the shooting. The man is accused of stabbing the woman before fatally shooting her and later killing himself.
The spokesman says a teenager had tried to break up the fight but was stabbed by the man in the process. The teenager was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
The names of those involved weren't released by the sheriff's office.
