A missing Burleson man has been found by the Galveston Police Department after a Silver Alert was issued Sunday evening.
Police said that Carroll West was located by Galveston police shortly before midnight Sunday and has been cleared medically.
Burleson police had issued a Silver Alert for the 75-year-old man who was last seen Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in Clute, TX, driving a silver 2012 Chevy Colorado. He was wearing an orange tee-shirt blue jeans and brown boots. He has scars on his chest and neck.
Officials said that West is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and his disappearance posed a credible threat to his own health and safety.
