Several Injured When Vehicle, City Bus Collide: Authorities

Several people were injured when a vehicle and a city bus collided in Fort Worth Monday morning, authorities said. [[310684071,C]]

Firefighters responded to the crash in the 1800 block of East Lancaster Avenue at 10:20 a.m., according to Fort Worth Fire Department spokesman Richard Harrison.

Eight people were transported to nearby hospitals with minor injuries, Medstar spokesman Matt Zavadsky said. Ten other people were treated at the scene and then released.

A woman driving the vehicle that collided with the bus was also treated and released at the scene, Zavadsky said.

There is no word yet on the cause of the crash.
