Officers responded to the Park At Sycamore School Apartments in the 3800 block of Sycamore School Road at 1:13 a.m. after the security guard pointed his weapon at the tow company driver who was looking for missing or stolen vehicles.
During that investigation, the towing company supervisor arrived and voiced his displeasure with the situation. The supervisor and the driver then left with officers.
At 2:34 a.m., police were again called to the apartment complex after the security guard fired two shots at the towing company supervisor's vehicle. The guard told police he fired because someone was trying to hit him with a wrecker.
There is no word yet if charges were filed.
