Two men are in custody after their armed robbery at a Wing Stop was foiled by a vigilant security guard.
Dallas officers received a call at 11:22 p.m. on Saturday for a robbery. When they arrived to the 4700 block of Vista Wood Blvd, they met with an armed security guard who told police that there were two suspect, one of which he shot in the arm after confronting them.
Officers were able to apprehend both suspects. The one who was shot was taken to a nearby hospital with no life-threatening injuries.
No employees or patrons at the Wing Stop were injured in the incident.
