Dallas police are still looking for the gunman who killed an armed security guard at a Dallas apartment complex Friday night.
Shots rang out just after 11:00 p.m. at the Pecan Way Apartments in the 5800 block of Bonnie View Road.
The guard was found shot in the head, his body was in front of his post at the gated community, according to Dallas police.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner's office identified the guard as 42-year-old Rufino Hernandez of Dallas.
Witnesses told police the gunman ran away from the apartment complex after the shooting.
