A Dallas County man is getting some major national attention for being the county's most wanted ticket holder.
DeSoto's Joel Israel Green, 28, owes more than $21,000 in unpaid fines and fees.
Green has more than 75 violations that date back as far as 2004. Most of the charges are for fare evasion, though there are a few other offenses peppered throughout the list.
Green's mug shot is now being displayed on the Dallas County Most Wanted Web Site.
The site ranks and displays photos of the county's 50 worst offenders.
