Between work, school activities and family dinners, it's hard to juggle it all.
That's why now one of the top reasons people consider accepting and staying with a job is work flexibility.
In a study done by Ernst and Young, 76 percent of respondents said they have difficulties managing personal, family, and work responsibilities.
It also found that 66 percent of resignations are due to this lack of work flexibility.
