San Angelo police are investigating the death of a 9-week-old boy who was found unresponsive at a licensed home day care facility.
Police didn't immediately release the name of the child who died Monday afternoon. A police statement says the child was pronounced dead at a San Angelo hospital.
Police say there were no apparent signs of foul play. Autopsy results were pending.
