A Rockwall County judge was arrested early Friday for allegedly driving while intoxicated, police say.
An officer stopped 42-year-old David Sweet for a traffic violation at about 12:20 a.m. on the 2900 block of Ridge Road in Rockwall. After a series of field sobriety tests, Sweet was taken into custody for DWI.
He was booked and released after posting a $1,000 bond.
