A Lewisville firefighter who is in intensive care is in need of blood donations.
Kyle Allen, 30, was admitted to the hospital and rushed into ICU because of blood clots in both lungs.
Allen has undergone one operation and received several units of blood, but he'll be in need of more operation and blood.
The Lewisville Fire Department is partnering with Carter BloodCare to hold a blood drive on Monday at the Lewisville Recreation Center.

Donations will be accepted at other locations, and Carter BloodCare will donate $10 towards Kyle's hospital bill for every pint donated not used in Kyle's care. Donors need only give the special patient blood drive unit number Sponsor #048056.
