Rangers Agree To Terms With Bartolo Colon

The Texas Rangers announced Sunday that free agent right handed pitcher Bartolo Colon has agreed to terms on a 2018 minor league contract with an invitation to Major League Spring training camp.

The 44 year old has 240 victories in his 20 seasons in the major leagues and has played for 10 different teams.  He went 7-14 with a 6.48 era in 28 starts for Atlanta and Minnesota last season. 

Colon is a four-time All-Star and won the American League Cy Young Award back in 2005.

Pitchers and Catchers report to spring training in Surprise, Arizona February 14th.
