The Children’s Health Holiday Parade has been canceled. It was supposed to take place on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Forney "Christmas on Main"

Forney’s annual Christmas celebration has been canceled, according to the city. However, some activities will go on in downtown Forney on Tuesday, Dec. 6 and 6:30 p.m, including an arrival from Santa, choir performances and the tree lighting.

Mesquite is moving its annual Christmas in the Park celebration to Dec. 10 and 11 instead of this weekend (Dec. 3 and 4).

The majority of the events and festivities will stay the same, according to the City of Mesquite.

The Pancake Breakfast scheduled for Dec. 3 from 8- 11 a.m. will still be taking place at the Evans Senior Center. The $3 charge will benefit the AMBUCS club to help people with disabilities.
