Police in Duncanville are looking for a registered sex offender.
The Duncanville Police Department sent a tweet Monday morning in which it asked for help locating Roderick Goodson.
Goodson has two felony warrants, plus a third warrant for violation of his parole, according to the tweet.
Dallas ISD tells NBC DFW that Goodson worked as a volunteer girls basketball coach for Wilmer-Hutchins High School before his dismissal this December. School officials say Goodson was regonized by someone not on the team at a tournament in Fort Worth, who tipped off the district about Goodson being a registered sex offender.
DISD says Goodson was asked to leave the property at the tournament in Forth Worth but Duncanville Police say he later attempted to gain entry at a DISD campus in December. District officials say Goodson was able to become a volunteer after lying on his application which they say was submitted the summer of 2017.
