San Antonio police have charged a photographer who they said sexually assaulted an intoxicated model.
Police charged 45-year-old Roland Aguilar with sexual assault Monday. They said Aguilar met with the woman at a bar in September and took pictures of her throughout the night.
A security guard at a hotel called police later that night and told them Aguilar carried the unconscious and nearly nude woman into a room. Police said the woman was initially unaware of any wrongdoing but later determined she had been assaulted.
Police said evidence from the hotel confirmed an assault occurred. They said there could be more victims.
Aguilar was released from the Bexar County Jail on Monday after posting bond. Online records didn't indicate an attorney.
