Police Looking For Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Children Multiple Times

In one incident, a victim said the man rubbed her genitals and breasts over her clothes

The Dallas Child Exploitation Unit has received multiple reports that a man exposed himself to children close to a Dallas elementary and middle school.

The most recent report was last Thursday, Nov. 17 at about 8:30 a.m.

Dallas police said a victim was approached by a man who asked for directions before exposing himself to the young victim.

She was on the way to school near the 3100 block of Valley Meadow Drive. Police said the man fled in a Chevy Malibu.

The majority of the reports took place near Medrano Middle School at the 9800 block of Brockbank Drive as well as Burnet Elementary School in the 3200 block of Kincaid Drive.

The man suspected of indecent exposure is described as a dark skinned Latin male in his late 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall.

He is usually on foot, but he may be driving a silver Chevy Malibu or a gold pickup truck, police said.

Another incident occurred on Nov. 7 at about 8:30 a.m., as well.

A child was walking to school near the 9700 block of Dale Crest Drive. She said the man yelled at her to get her attention, then exposed himself.

Other incidents were reported on Oct. 3 and March 4 of this year.

During the Oct. 3 incident, the victim said she was playing near the Spanish Creek Apartments at about 7 p.m. near the 3100 block of Chapel Creek Drive.

She said the man approached her and began touching her breasts and genitals over her clothes.

In response, there has been extra officer patrols during school hours near the areas where the man has been spotted.

Police still are looking for the man. They ask anyone with information to contact 911 or Detective Lawler at 214-671-4453.
