Dallas police are investigating the homicide of a man in Oak Cliff on the early evening of Nov. 15.
Police said they found Emilio Gutierrez, 34, dead from a gunshot wound at his home at the 700 block of North Marsalis Avenue.
Crime Stoppers announced they are now offering up to $5,000 for any information that leads to an arrest in this case.
