A man who has been targeting members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority since 2010 is still out on the streets.
A gathering of women from Delta Sigma Theta wore their organization's colors for a night of jazz in downtown Plano Friday night.
The Plano Police Department said it has received few leads in the sexual assault cases that happened in Plano, Shady Shores and Coppell from November 2010 to October 2011.
"Our detective every day when she walks in, she has the reminder of a big poster sitting right there before she sits down that she looks at every day,” said Officer David Tilley of the suspect sketch.
There have been four attacks.
The first was an attempted sexual assault in Plano, the next was in April 2011, when a Delta Sigma Theta member was raped in her Plano home.
The violence continued in September 2011 with a victim in Coppell and then a month later again in Shady Shores.

Each time the suspect successfully forced his way into his victim’s home and assaulting them. Each woman was a member of Delta Sigma Theta, between the ages of 50 and 60.
"Unfortunately, the tips have dried up we’ve had thousand coming in and we had thousands,” said Tilley.
DNA evidence is a match for one person and is part of a national criminal database now. There hasn’t been a single hit locally or nationally, which means either the suspect has quit or he has yet to offend since his last attack.
A suspect has not been arrested.
"We’ve been able to pretty much draw blanks, haven’t found anything at all,” said Tilley.
Members of the sorority tell NBC 5 that they’re praying the attacker has stopped, they’ve moved on with their lives refusing to live in fear.
Police in three cities and the FBI fears the attacker has simply paused and could reemerge at any time. He’s defied all models for sexual predators and shown patience in the past.
"Everything was premeditated, everything was pre-planned and he knew exactly what he was going to take care of,” said Tilley, who is hopeful someone recognizes the suspect and calls police soon to help identify him.
